Hampton Court Palace is clearly signalled from the M25, M33, A3(Kingston by-pass).From the M25 or M3 the route brings you along the A308.
When you see the Thames on your right you will notice islands in the river. Taggs Island is the second island and the only one with a bridge.
There is a sign indicating , not surprisingly, Taggs Island.
If you miss the turning do not fret as there is a roundabout at Hampton Court just down the road
From the A3 or from Kingston bridge you will get to the roundabout at Hampton Court Palace and take the A308 towards Sunbury/ Staines
After an Esso filling station there is a Swiss Chalet and the bridge is then on the left.
